Capacity & registration fees
Juniors (15–17) and youth (18+) · no entry fee
Categories & conditions
Two categories: juniors aged 15–17 and youth aged 18 and over. Age is taken on 6 November 2026 and proven by official documents.
Rules & regulations
A burpee followed by a jump onto a plyometric box, for 5 to 10 minutes. Winner: the most correct repetitions in the time.
Prizes
Cash prizes for the top three in each category.
