Categories & conditions
Open to everyone in the community, over an approved distance of 30 km.
Rules & regulations
A non-competitive 30 km community ride. Keeping to the route and following the marshals is mandatory, a safety helmet and a roadworthy bike are required, and bikes and helmets are checked before the start. The assembly, start and water-point programme is set with the organising committee.
Prizes
Participation medals for everyone — no cash prizes and no ranking.
