Men. 16 teams in 4 groups, each with 10 players plus a coach and a team official, and one resident player per team.
Rules & regulations
Sand-court adaptation: no positional rotation, positions stay fixed and only the serving order moves when the serve is regained. Six players, three touches, sets to 25 points with a two-point margin. Format: 31 matches — 4 groups of 6 matches = 24, plus 4 quarter-finals, 2 semi-finals and the final.
Prizes
First AED 15,000, second AED 10,000, third AED 5,000, plus AED 6,000 in individual awards. Total prize fund AED 36,000.
